Abstract
The data from the investigation of macrobenthos in the area near the sewage outfall project of Kanmen, in which 24 species were found, is analyzed. In the area, the average biomass is 45.98g·m-2 and the average inhabited density is 142 ind· m-2. Ecological indices and abundance biomass comparison method is used in analyzing community structure and stability. The function of doing research on macrobenthos in application to control sewage outfall project is discussed.
