Abstract

Through retrospection and elaboration of competitive sports,this paper states the significance of competitive sports in school sports. As the carrier of sport knowledge,competitive sports can help the students realize themselves and perfect their personalities. It can also cultivate the students correct attitude towards sports and form idea of lifelong sports.
