Scores of Activities of daily living (ADL),Disability rating scale(DRS),Fugl-mayer assessment(FMA),Mini-mental status examination(MMSE),three class balance scale of all patients were recorded before and after treatment. Results The cores of ADL, DRS, Fugl-mayer and balance function of the treatment group patients were significantly different with that of the control group after treatment (p0.05).The MMSE scores of two groups had no significant difference after treatment(p0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation on the patients of severe traumatic brain injury can improve their brain function, improve their living quality and activities of daily living, and it can help them come back to society.
