Viewing from the economic indexes of dual contrast coefficient,urbanization of population,the income of both urban and rural residents,the Engel's coefficient and investment in the fixed assets,the urban-rural dual structure remains significant,the balanced development of urban and rural areas is sorely needed.To realize the balanced development of urban and rural areas,fist of all we should make system innovation,realize free flow of resources,and ensure urban and rural residents have equal opportunity of reaping profits from resources.Secondly,we should develop rural economy,realize interaction development of urban and rural by the grads transfer of industries,develop agribusiness which fit rural factor endowment,realize regurgitation-feeding for rural and agriculture;implement small town construction strategy,and optimize basic facilities of rural areas.
