Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of mammography and stereotactic needle biopsy of non-palpable breast lesions. Methods Stereotactic needle biopsy was performed on 81 patients with mammography detected, clinically non-palpable breast lesions. The results were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 81 cases,58 were diagnosed to be benign lesion, and the other 23 were finally diagnosed to be malignant. Conclusion Stereotactic needle biopsy is useful in the early diagnosis of mammography detected, clinically non-papable breast lesions.
