Abstract

Simulated continuous annealing and rapid annealing were carried out for IF steel,respectively.The microstructure of the annealed IF steel was studied by EBSD technique and the mechanical property was tested in tensile testing machine,then the effect of annealing process on the microstructure and mechanical property of IF steel was discussed.As compared to simulated continuous annealing process,the results show that the rapid annealing process refines the grain size and makes IF steel possess intense γ-111//ND recrystallization texture,and leads to increase in extension strength at non-proportional(Rp0.2) and decrease in percentage elongation after fracture and plastic strain ratio(r90)for IF steel.
