Abstract
Objective To study the effects of Orem self-care mode on improving quality of life and compliance of the patients with femoral fracture. Methods 94 patients with femoral fracture were selected as research object, which were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing mode group,47 cases)and observation group(Orem self-care mode group,47 cases). The compliance, activity, degree of satisfaction and SF-36 score before and after the nursing were analyzed and compared. Results The treatment compliance and activity of observation group were all better than those of control group. Each item of SF-36 score of observation group after the treatment were all higher than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The effects of Orem self-care mode in improving quality of life and compliance of the patients with femoral fracture is better, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
