Abstract
Determination of taxol in barks, seeds, needles and twigs of cultivated Taxus chinensis var.mairei was done by High Performance Liquid Chromatography. Its contents of taxol were 0.012 56%,(0.001 93%,)0.001 02% and 0.014 83%,respectively.The result show that Taxus chinensis var.mairei cultivated can be used to extract taxol so as to protect wild resource of Taxus.
