Abstract
This paper introduces construction theory and development mode of eco-industrial park and puts forward the countermeasures such as developing Chongqing Eco-industrial Park and implementing clean production and environment management system identification,consolidating the planning,construction and management of eco-industrial park,accelerating adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and developing new-style industrialization and so on.
