Abstract

According to the distribution feature of non-rigid effect measuring of movable bridge-type 3-D coordinate measuring machine(3-D CMM),the components of CMM are analyzed by means of the stress distortion analysis,non-rigid effect measuring error of CMM is analyzed and the model for components of CMM is constructed,and a new way for the error compensation of high precision CMM is provided.
