Farmer's Will and Behavior Characteristic of the Appropriate Scale of Cultivated Land Management

On the basis of questionnaire investigation of 224 peasant households, this paper analyses the scale structure of the cultivated land, and the will and behavior characteristic of farmer's cultivated land management in proper scale, thinks some countryside have a trend that develop appropriate scale of cultivated land management, and the appropriate scale of cultivated land management should flow and transfer to a foundation with the cultivated land market, under the prerequisite of improving agriculture's comparative interests, and it is the key to perfecting the cultivated land market mechanism to deal with the relation between the government and market mechanism correctly. The appropriate scale of cultivated land management may bring the negative effect for the food security too.
