Abstract

Objective To analyze the diagnostic criteria of fetal distress and related factors. Methods 167 cases with indication of distress undergoing cesarean setion were retrospectively compared with different diagnostic criteria, and analyzed the rate of neonatal asphysia and the related factors of fetal distress. Results The rates of neonatal asphysia and related factors of fetal distress were increased with multiple diagnostic criteria of fetal distress. Fetal distress should be diagnosed with more than one criteria. Conclusion Fetal distress with related factors should be monitored and timely performing Cesarean section.
