The quality of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To explore the essential hypertension( HT) complicated with diabetes mellitus( DM) effect and good comprehensive care of patients. Method 138 cases of patients with hypertension and DM according to number table were divided into two groups,69 cases in the control group were carried out routine nursing; on the basis of the control group,the observation group of 69 cases were given the implementation of quality comprehensive nursing intervention methods,and the effects were compared between the two groups. Results The blood glucose control was 64 cases,accounted for 92. 75%( 64 /69),was significantly higher than that of the control group of 51 cases accounted for 73. 91%( 51 /69); observation group blood pressure total efficiency( 97. 10%) was higher than that in the control group( 81. 16%)( P 0. 05),nursing satisfaction in observation group,the total efficiency( 98. 55%) was higher than that in the control group82. 61%( P 0. 05). Conclusion The quality of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus nursing satisfaction has a high and significant clinical effect and application value,
