Abstract

The allaiance among logistics enterprises is a kind of effective organization form. At the present, the development of logistics enterprises in our country is still in the primary phase. The scale, network and service quality of our logistics enterprise is left far behind the foreign logistics enterprises. To build the Logistics enterprises alliance based on core competence is the best choice for our logistics enterprises.
