Abstract

Under the circumstances of the ever increasing global economic development and fierce market competition, the effects of human capital on economy has been already realized by academic circles. This paper has the review on the implication of human capital on the basis of previous human capital theories. The paper points out that human capital should have both attributes of assets and increase in Value. It is important for human capital to play an active role in the economic development.
