Abstract
Hunan has faced double challenges:one is international financial crisis,and the other is climate issue. Developing green economy is a wise selection to confront these challenges. And it is urgently to research on the meaning of green economy,the measures to confront the financial crisis,especially how to make green economy become a driving forces for the economy development in Hunan and thus improve the sustainable development.
