Abstract
Bacillus strains isolated from rhizospheres soil of plant in Gahai salt-land region of Qinghai province, which presented special branching-shape colony, were identified by physiological and bio-chemistry inspections,Rep-PCR fingerprints,16S rDNA and gyrB partial sequence analysis. The results showed that Bacillus strains were gram-positive.Rep-PCR fingerprints analysis suggested that strains were identified as one Bacillus spp..16S rDNA and gyrB gene sequence analysis results indicated that Bacillus strains presented closest affiliation with Bacillus licheniformis.Taken together, the Bacillus strains isolated from rhizosphere soil of plant in Gahai salt-land region were identified as B.licheniformis.
