Abstract
To study the changes of enzyme-production abilities of four fungi,Laetiporus sulphureus cultured with Auricularia auricula,Coriolus versicolor,Pleurotus eryngii, respectively, after four fungi had been cultured solely. The results showed that under the condition of cultured independently,L.sulphureus couldn't produce laccase, while the highest activity of the laccase production was observed with C.versicolor(1160.2U/L),followed by P.eryngii.When L.sulphureus was mixed with the other three types of fungi,L.sulphureus promoted A.auricula to produce laccase about 20%,but restrained the laccase production of the P.eryngii and C.versicolor(lower 34.3% and 14.1%,respectively) and shorten two days to the peak of laccase production of C.versicolor.
