Abstract
Ecological civilization is a form of civilization mainly featured with ecological industry or industry ecology followed with industrial civilization.The development of green technology is conducive to promote the construction of ecological civilization.Green technology development from the perspective of ecological civilization must adhere to the principle of protecting in the development and developing in protection.China's ecological civilization construction needs to implement scientific development concept,lead green-technology development with the consumption patterns of ecological civilization,strengthen the ecological transformation of technologies in traditional industries and establish,perfect,guarantee and support economic policies,laws and regulations designed for the green technology development.
