Abstract
At present, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development has become a national strategy. The paper summarized and evaluated the status of industry in Hebei Province, elaborated the factors that influence industrial transfer in Hebei Province, highlighted the advantages of industries in Hebei, and measured the comparative advantage in undertaking industry. We concluded that for industrial transfer in Beijing and Hebei region, oil and gas exploration industry, tobacco industry and the chemical fiber manufacturing have more advantages for Hebei. For industrial transfer in Tianjin and Hebei region, ferrous metal mining industry and leather, fur, and footwear have more advantages for Hebei. Finally, we make recommendations for Hebei Province to undertake industrial transfer.
