Abstract
Alkali consumption and desulfurization efficiency of 2 h and 4 h were taken as evaluation index,four factors effecting evaluation index(alkalinity,tannic extract concentration,vanadium concentration and temperature) were investigated.The results showed that:effects of four factors on desulfurization efficiency were alkalinitytemperaturetannic extract concentration=vanadium concentration,effects on alkali consumption were change with time;The change trend of evaluation index with tannic extract concentration and vanadium concentration were same;The ratio of tannic extract concentration to vanadium concentration should be controlled in 1.5~1.7,temperature at 25~30 ℃.
