Investigation into the Significant Practical Issues in Criminal Legislative Field of China

The criminal legislation is the basis and beginning of criminal rule of law.The development of criminal rule of law relies on a scientific,democratic and modernized criminal legislation.At present,we have these significant practical issues in our criminal legislative field,to which particular attention should be paid:first,the issue of criminalization and decriminalization;second,the criminal responsibility of juvenile offenders;third,the issue of unit crime;forth,the adjustment and perfection of the present penalty system;fifth,the issue of community correction;sixth,the implementation of international convention in criminal field of China.
