Critical Discourse Analysis(CDA) that discourse is a kind of social practice,the subject of social practice due to the different social status,have different construction on the same social facts will,and discourse conflict has therefore launched. Based on the above understanding,this article on the Zhejiang farmers Ni Haiqing due to selling homemade medicine arrested the case of critical discourse analysis,aims to explore the root causes of this case disputes from the perspective of discourse,and put forward the proposal of easing the social contradictions by strengthening dialogue.
