Originally social capital theory comes from human capital theory,which made a breakthrough in the classical economics,in which capital was merely physical capital.Now,capital can be defined as a synonym of bringing added value to all the resources,and the initial capital has the abstract meaning.Human Capital is dependent on the initiative of individual existence.The role of human capital ultimately depends on social environment.Social capital theory focuses on the importance of individual participation,emphasizing the value of the individual to be added by social capital integration.
