Clinical analysis of treatment of uremia with hemodialysis combined blood perfusion

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of uremic patients with hemodialysis(HD) joint hemoperfusion(HP) . Methods 60 cases of chronic hemodialysis patients,30 cases were treated with hemodialysis(HD) joint hemoperfusion(HP) treatment,the combination group.30 cases of hemodialysis therapy using only for the control group.The two groups after treatment serum creatinine(SCr) ,β2 microglobulin(β2-MG) ,parathyroid hormone(PTH) ,urea nitrogen(BUN) levels and the symptom relief were compared.Results SCr,β2-MG,PTH,BUN were significantly lower in the combination group before and after treatment,the diference was significant(P0.05) ,and the symptoms relieved better.The control group had no obvious improvement.Conclusion Hemodialysis joint hemoperfusion treatment of uremia is more advantage.
