This article, starting with the objective needs for developing higher vocational education, stresses that college teachers of vocational technology should make full use of their talent to contribute more to the development of vocational education. It also elaborates the problems arising in the process of higher vocational education, which deserve due consideration on the part of teachers of vocational technology education.
