Abstract
Objective:To establish a new rapid method to detect Salmonella of sample which based on Helicase-dependent isothermal DNA amplification(HDA).Methods: A highly specific set of primers were synthesized to target the invA gene of Salmonella.Specific and sensitivity was tested which was compared with PCR method. Results: Helicase-dependent isothermal DNA amplification method that can rapidly detect Salmonella has been established. The sensitivity was 460 pg/tube which was similar to the result of PCR method. Conclusion: Detecting Salmonella with HDA is a rapid,user-friendly,specific,sensitive method. It′s very suitable for primary laboratory use, with a broad prospect.
