Abstract
The dissimilar steel of pearlitic steel(Q235)and austenite steel(1Cr17Mn6Ni5N) was welded by plasma arc welding. The microstructure of welded joint was observed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, the microhardness of welded joints was measured. The results indicate that the plank martensite hardening level forms in welding zone and the migration of carbon occurs in the two sides of welded joint.By appropriate welding craft, the better welding quality is obtained in dissimilar metal welded joint.
