Abstract

Youke 1,a new hybrid Brassica napus variety with 214.2d growth period,45.72% oil content,28.23μmol glucosinolate/g cake,0.1% erucic acid content,24.16% protein content,strong resistance to lodging and cold and tolerance to sclerotiniose bred from 6515A(a recessive nucleic male sterile line)×6373R(a restorer line) was approved by Guizhou Crops Variety Examination Committee in 2010.The average yield in Guizhou regional tests and production tests during 2008-2010 was 163.52 kg/667m2 and 165.53kg/667m2,17.08% and 3.99% higher than CK(Youyan 10) respectively.The average oil yield was 74.76kg/667m2,21.82% higher than CK.
