On the Personal Insurance Interests

Insurance benefits is the one jmportant problem in the personal contract theory.In this paper a comprehensive analysis of the life interests of the concept and features that personal at the conclusion of the contract,those who must exist benefits,otherwise the contract null and void.Second,that national legislation on the personal interests of the confirmed three different principles and methods of the principle of interests,interests and the principle of consent and agreed to the principle of balance.China's insurance benefits for life identification,and agree to take the interests of the principle of combining.This paper through the existing law in benefits on life legislation studied,explored the pros and cons of China's legislature,to improve our country's legislation.
