Abstract

During the Second World War,Frank D.Roosevelt reformed American intelligence agency and established the Strategic Intelligence Service responsible for foreign intelligence work.The Strategic Intelligence Service had played an important role in winning the Second World War.When the war had ended,Harry S Truman disbanded the Strategic Intelligence Service and established the Central Intelligence Group.
