Research on Winding Belt Equipment of Shrinkable Belt Conveyor and Simulation

Abstract

According to the high safety troubles and low operating efficiency problems existed in process of rolling belt of shrinkable belt conveyor,develop winding belt equipment.In addition,the system components and hydraulics working principle are analyzed and introduced,furthermore,FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis and kinematics simulation analysis are performed for control equipment by Solidworks and Adams.
