On the Formation of Artistic Conception: A Classical Interpretation of Modern Poetry

Artistic conception is very important for Chinese traditional poetry. Centering about Dai Wangshu, Bian Zhilin, He Qifang, poetry rooted from Chinese traditional culture, especially the traditional poetic art that basing on the intrinsic values and aesthetics of Chinese artistic tradition reconstructed the artistic conception of oriental modern poetry. The poetry cared for the images which showed to be classic; meanwhile adopted the awakening thinking of traditional artistic conception in creating new artistic conception, which was an improvement in inheriting the classic poetry.
