Abstract

There exists a close logic relationship between political culture and culture.Political culture is not only an important constituent of culture,but also the most centralized and direct cultural factor in politics,so it plays a dominating and guiding role in the social culture.Therefore,the strengthening of the construction of political culture is indispensible to cultural construction and necessary to cultural development and prosperity.
