Abstract
Currently,test information generated by various types of test equipment has various forms,such as paper documents,electronic documents and so on.The information is isolate in the terminal test equipments,and can't achieve information integration and sharing.The information construction is seriously hampered.For this,the overall structure,data Transport Specification and data transfer process of test equipment data automatic transmission system are researched firstly.On this basis,the system hardware,software and data transmission security are designed.The data automatic transmission system is verified in a new type of missile test equipment.Ethernet-based data collection,transmission and processing of automatic test equipment are realized,and lay the foundation for the follow-up test equipment sharing and remote collaborative test research.
