Abstract

According to the principle of VGA,a controller of VGA display dynamically system based on FPGA is designed in this paper.The algorithm is implemented in Verilog HDL,and is accomplished by Xilinx ISE 7.1i of the Xilinx company.The designed controller is tested with the system.It shows that the controller can operate properly.
