On Strengthening the Consultative Democratic Mechanism in the Public Policy Formulation

There are three democratic problems in the public policy formulation. They are: the freedom expressions,the equality expression and the choice of fair .These decide that the public policy formulation needs to choose the reasonable democratic policy-making mechanism. It has formed three typical democratic decisions-making mechanisms in the long-term politics cultural exchange between countries. These are the public-decision mechanism, the negotiate mechanism, and the consultative mechanism. It was the historic and realistic choice to choose the consultative democratic public policy decision-making mechanism in our country. It is also the fundamental mode of the socialism democratic politics in our country. We should perfect the public policy decision-making system by strengthening the following four systems: the consultative democratic system, the National People's Congress system and the political consultation system in CCP, the democratic consultation system, and the citizen autonomous system in the government public policy decision-making.[
