Significance of Improving People Jury System to Judicial Independence

So far there has been little discussion involving the relationship between people jury system and judicial independence.In practice,improvement of people jury system is helpful for avoiding administrative power intervention in jurisdiction and minimizing the influences of human relationship on jurisdiction.Accordingly,it is of necessity to reform the current judicial committee system and case examination and approval system with a view to highlighting judges' judicial independence.In addition,improving people jury system is of importance to developing independent judicial culture and to achieving real judicial independence.
