Abstract

Objective:To evaluate clinical effect of Shi's traumatology manipulation on neck and head face in treating cervical vertigo. Methods:All 68 patients of cervical vertigo were divided into the research group(Shi's traumatology manipulation) and the control group(cervical vertebrae electrical haulage),with 34 cases in each group. The curative effect was estimated by the changes of Vs in Transcranial Doppler Sonography and the scores of the assessment rating scales of cervical vertigo before and after treatment. Results:There were significant differences on Vs of bilateral vertebral artery, the symptom of cervical vertigo, and the scores of the rating scales between the two group 3 weeks before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:Shi's traumatology manipulation on neck and head face is certainly effective on cervical vertigo,so it is worthy for clinical application.
