Students' Innovative Ability and Training Methods of College Professional Tourism Management Major

The training of our tourism management talents mainly rely on the colleges and universities of tourism management major for teaching.However,the tourism personnel who were trained by the traditional mode of education are most of theoretical and practical light weight,lack of creative ability.This article is based on improving the students' creative capacity of the tourism management major and the way of training.To cultivate the students' ability of innovate by reforming teaching methods,strengthening the link of practice measures.
