Construct High-grade Campus Culture, Strengthen and Improve Moral Education of Universities and Colleges

This paper puts forward a proposal that by means of constructing campus culture, the moral education in universities and colleges should be strengthened and improved. It also advances a work train of thought of sticking to one principle, attacking importance to two unities and highlighting three themes , and sums up the work of constructing campus culture of our university.
