Abstract
Objective By observe the impact of sufentanil post-conditioning on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(I/RI) of IL-6,IL-10,to investigate the protective effect of sufentanil on myocardial ischemia reperfusion.Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham group(group A):only thread,without ligation;ischemia-reperfusion group(group B):120 min of reperfusion after 30 min of ischemia;ischemic post-conditioning group(group C):ischemia 30 min line at the end of the 30 s,reperfusion 30 s,repeat 3 times,120 min of reperfusion;sufentanil post-conditioning group(group D):5 min before 30 min of ischemia reperfusion intravenous drip sufentanil 0.1 μg/kg,120 min of reperfusion.Ligation rat heart preparation of the left anterior descending coronary artery myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model,observed the content of IL-6,IL-10 in serum at every blood taking time point by ELISA,and calculate the size of myocardial infarction.Results Compared with group A,the content of IL-6,IL-10 were increased in group B;Compared with group B,the content of IL-6 were decreased,and whether the content of IL-10 were increased in group C;Compared with group C,the content of IL-6 were decreased,and the content of IL-10 were increased in group D;And the data were statistically significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil post-conditioning plays a protective role on rat myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury,sufentanil post-conditioning may protect myocardial cell by regulating the content of IL-6,IL-10 in serum after the myocardial ischemia reperfusion.
