Abstract
The previous scholars had frequently analyzed Preface to the Tengwang Pavilion from the literature,and however in this text,there are some profound meanings of Harmony between Confucianism and Taoism.Specifically,there are not only statements about Confucianism feelings from inclination and integrity,but also yearning to Taoism life from demeanor and mood.The harmony thought between Confucianism and Taoism in Wangbo’s Preface to the Tengwang Pavilion has three aspects of meanings,the Confucianism for advance,the Taoism for refusal;the Confucianism for being notable,the Taoism for hiding;the Confucianism for enterprising,the Taoism for enjoying.
