Abstract
To study the genotype distribution of CTX-M genotype in extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs)-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli strains isolated from four hospitals in Yinchuan of Ningxia. The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 45 E.coli and K.pneumonia to 10 antibacterial agents was detected by the NCCLS broth microdilution method(BMD).PCR,gene cloning and DNA sequencing were carried out for ESBLs genotyping. The sensitive rate of the 45 bacteria to meropenem was 100%.The resistant rate of ESBLs-producing isolates against AMP,KAN,NET,SMX,CTX,CRO,CF was above 64%.41 strains produced CTX-M genotype ESBLs,most of which was CTX-M-14 type, next was CTX-M-28.
