Abstract

The blemish of sharehold's capital subscription is a normal occurance during the corporation's creation and operation. The issue possibly causes great damage to the corporation, other shareholders, the other creditors of the corporation, and the high-level managers of the corporation to various degrees. The most important and effective measure to avoid the blemish of shareholder's capital subscription is to specify definite responsibilities for the related subjects clearly and respectively.
