Abstract

Emotional intelligence is the ability to monitor one's own and others' feelings and emotions,to discriminate among them and to use this information to guide one's thinking and actions.Emotional intelligence as the emotional feature of success is very important to nursing.In this article,it summarized the development of emotional intelligence and the research progress on emotional intelligence in nursing.
