Study on the Sharing System of Crop Germplasm Resources Information in Guizhou

Guizhou crop germplasm resources information sharing system is a platform based on B/S structure of crop germplasm resources data standardization management and sharing release,which integrated database technology,network technology and construction of GIS.The system established the data description standard of more than 50 kinds of crops,digitized the information of 15842 germplasms,drew geographical feature maps of local germplasm resources,such as rice,maize,bean,rape and other crops,and develop function modules of data management,data retrieval,GIS retrieval and sharing information release of germplasm resources.The building of data bank and information sharing of germplasm resources can be realized by the unified and standardized management of germplasm resources data.
