Abstract
In recent years, with the increasing incidence of fungal infections,azole-antifungal drugs are increasingly used in the clinical treatment, and fungi′s resistance rates increase rapidly year by year, and have become difficulties in clinical treatment of fungal infections.Fungi′s resistance to azole drug is the result of a variety of complex factors, but main reason is the increase expression of resistance genes and target enzyme. This article focuses on the resistance mechanisms of fungal to azole-drug and associated resistance genes, with the view to provide medication strategies and theoretical guidance for rational use of antifungal agent in clinic and for new antifungal drugs research.
