Study on gastro-intestinal histology of phasianus colchicas

Through common paraffin section and H-E stain,the study observes the histology of gastrointestinal frout of three four-motnth-old phasianus colchicas.The results are as follows: mucous layer,muscular layer and tubiform digestive gland are developed in stomach intestine tube of phasianus colchicas,and there exists lymphatic tissue in lamina propria of the all digestive tube;The glandular stomach has developed simple tubular gland and compound tubular gland,and muscular layer is developed in muscular stomach;mucous layer has developed of small intestine;villus is pykno and branch,and its core absent central lacteal and simple tubular gland are abundant in lamina propria;submucous layer is absent or more thinness;the tubal wall of the large intestine has four layers which include crico-plica;the villus of plica are broad and short and raritas,beaker cell enhance in epithelium mucosae.The observed result has been compared with other birds.
