54 Cases of Coronary Angina Pectoris Treated with Guanmai Huoxue Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of guannai huoxue decoction on coronary angina pectoris.Methods The resting ECG,systolic pressure,heart rate,myocardial oxygen consumption,frequency of angina attack and the dose of nitroglycerin were observed before and after treatment in observation group(54 cases)and control group(52 cases)separately.Results Guanmai huoxue decoction improved obviously in abnormal ECG,systolic pressure,heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption(P0.05)and reduced the frequency of repeated attack of angina as well as decreased the dose of nitroglycerin.The total effective in treatment group was superior to control group(P0.05)and myocardial oxygen consumption decreased remarkably(P0.05).Conclusion Guanmai huoxue decoction has definite efficacy on coronary angina pectoris and few side effects,and it deserves to be promoted in clinic.
